Unlike bulk proteomics that measures average protein expression along a group of cells, single cell proteomics explores the diversity and heterogeneity of single cells. The vast improvement in sensitivity of modern mass spectrometers allow for protein measurements in minute amount, such as those found in a single cell.
Methodology
We provide single cell or low protein amount (organelles for ex.) proteomic analysis using the SCOPE2-MS method or a label-free approach depending on your analysis needs and the amount of cells available. We can receive cells already single sorted in a 384-well plate, or we can sort your cells using the cellenONE technology.
